1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, wesconnex.com (the "Site"), which is run by Wesconnex Limited ("Wesconnex", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales.
By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. What we do
Wesconnex is a creator marketing agency. Our services include:
- Influencer campaigns: gifted or paid collaborations between brands and creators.
- TikTok Shop affiliate (TAP) campaigns: creators promoting brands' products on TikTok Shop on commission.
- UGC content production: content made to a brand's brief and delivered as assets.
- Creator management and training: support for the creators we work with, including our TikTok Shop Bootcamp training.
Information about our services on the Site is general. Nothing on the Site is an offer to supply services. We do not sell anything directly through the Site.
3. Working with us
Each engagement with a brand or a creator is governed by its own written agreement, together with our Payment Terms where they apply. If an agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes priority.
Our TikTok Shop Bootcamp is training we provide to creators we work with, on the terms agreed with each creator. It is not sold separately through the Site.
4. Results
Results described on the Site, including campaign figures and creator testimonials, reflect individual experiences and past campaigns. They are not a promise or guarantee of future results, reach, sales or earnings. Results depend on many factors, including the content, the audience and the platform.
5. Content on the Site
The text, graphics, logos, videos and other material on the Site belong to us or are used with permission from their owners, including the creators and brands featured. You may view the Site for your own use. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse any of its content without our written permission.
Brand names and logos shown on the Site belong to their owners.
6. Using the Site
You agree not to use the Site for anything unlawful, not to try to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to scrape or copy it using automated tools.
7. Availability and links
We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but we don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or up to date. The Site links to other websites, such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content.
8. Our liability
The Site is provided for general information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
